Features

The technology used for Providence cables is also used for this cable, thus enabling flexibility and transmission of high quality. The conductor features the NCS3 OFC and the insulator features a combined configuration using NAP ELASTOMER and SPECIAL POLYETHYLENE. Another important feature is that no ranges become lost during transmission nor is there any noise introduced, problems which tend to happen when using conventional short patch cables. The P203 model/Patch Cable also features minimized deterioration of sound quality, even when connecting it to a compact effector. It is ideal for connecting rack type effectors and preamps. Use of an ultra-excessive-bias shielding and a carbon-containing conducting vinyl has completely shut off electromagnetic noise. Noise from dragging equipment on the floor, high frequency noise from the radio and TV, noise from the equipment (such as motor noise) does not affect the sound passing through the cable. The plug was design fully considering spatial factors and the insertion and pull-out of the plug is made easy. The short type plug features the newly developed Providence NP-12G and the mid type features the NP-14G. Both type of plugs are gold-plated (24k), thus featuring good conductivity and transmission of clear sound. The L-type NP-12GL and NP-14GL both feature a novel angular configuration (Patent pending) which makes inserting and pulling out the plug very easy. The load on the jack is minimized. These plugs are ideal for jacks laid out in special angles, such as those on Wah pedals.
