在 Little 40 II 上面，Markbass 特別增加了一個板載踏板電路（在 channel two），配置了比簡單的踏板更多的控制，有完整並且效能性超強的 EQ 控制、增益控制和總控制。另一個被強烈要求的功能是板載殘響。Markbass 為 Little 40 II 裝載了最新一代的數位殘響，甜美、溫暖，並且自然，比起普通彈簧式殘響來的低噪音。採用雙電壓切換 120V/240V，可在不同國家的電壓使用，不需要再攜帶額外的外部轉換器。
